TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

TRX stands for Total Resistance Exercise. It is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

 

GenesisFIT offers small group TRX training so that proper form can be maintained, and participants can receive individualized attention. Experience all of the benefits of personal training alongside the camaraderie of a group exercise class. TRX Classes are offered as a series
